Here we go again: that sexiness factor– don’t pretend this isn’t important. This benefit of working your core is quite straightforward. But guess what girls, we even got better reasons!

A strong core provides your body with the pillar of strength and stability. This is necessary to make your body more resilient, reduce the risk of injury, hold a better posture, stay healthy and improve performance. BOOM.


BE BETTER THAN THE CRUNCH

A sexy & functional core doesn’t just happen however, it takes more than just that crunchin’. Get ready for some variation in your core training routine, which will include core stability stuff as well as mountain climbers and burpees. Yup, you read right, burpees. We need to burn fat if you want that pretty stomach.

Another thing to keep in mind for that flat stomach: it's all about food. Get real on this. The cleaner you eat, the faster you get those visible results. Nutrition tips are integrated in Level 1. Let's aim for more than that simple crunch.

    WARM UP

    What's your personal motivation? What got you going? In Level 1 get clarity on your goal and create your plan, so you know what you'll be working at and stay on track. - 3 Missions -

  • Level 02

    DAY 1-7

    The game is on. Receive daily videos and missions to complete. Get excited for core focussed movements including burpees and mountain climbers. Take a break after 7 days, or if your body doesn't need a rest, continue to Level 3. - Level 2 consists of 8 Missions -

  • Level 03

    DAY 8-14

    Half time completed. Another 7 days to work and strengthen your core. The exercises will remain the same as the previous week - for you to focus on the form and be able to increase intensity! Let it burn. New burpee and mountain climber variations integrated too! - 8 Missions to be completed -

  • Level 04

    COOL DOWN

    Congratulations on the Core Challenge! For the cool down, reflect on your progress and the process - what went with ease, what did you enjoy? What did you not enjoy, and where there any pitfalls? What are your successes? - 3 Missions to complete -
