In this "Natural Sugar" Challenge we avoid all industrial and added sugars, however natural sugars such as fruits, coconut blossom sugar, manuka honey etc. are allowed. A perfect set up for longterm results & healthy happiness!
In our "Sugar Detox" Intense Challenge natural sugars are not allowed either. A perfect choice when you want to reset your taste buds and your body in no time.
