We’ll remove waste (unnecessary things) in the process, by cutting down drastically on the kitchen inventory:
You’ll have a selection of 4 quality foods to choose from. This not only relieves your body, but simplifies & standardises the process to get lean, and so also speeds up the results!
Strap on the green belt: some of your "lean tools” will be broccoli and supergreens. No need to worry though, you have a few more options and this challenge is about eating when you're hungry, not about starving.
