Let the challenge begin. The first 5 days consist of 2-3 burpee variations per day, followed by a joker day you can use to rest or 'catch up' on missed out sessions. Not needed? Keep on moving to the next level. - 6 Missions -
Second half of the challenge – another 5 days of burpee will power needed. You want? You can! Investing 15min in yourself on a daily basis is all it takes. - 6 Missions -
