RAMPE UP THE HEAT: Summer is here to stay. Wind, rain or hale, here we go again: feeling good in your skin should be non negotiable, and definitely non seasonal.


So start from within and ask yourself: How do I feel? Am I living and loving that Summer Body Feeling? - no matter the temperature outside?

We all know what’s best for us and from the inside out we firmly stand our ground: it’s the inside that counts the most.

Done are the days when we get into hibernating habit in autumn, develop a snuggle up mentality in winter, struggle in spring and let summer get into our way.


What’s trending this season: The weather may vary - but our lifestyle-feel-good-goals remain. That’s our reason - for any season.

    WARM UP

    Get to know your 21 day Challenge plan, print it out and be ready to rumple on fitness, nutrition and mind challenges daily. - 2 Missions -

  • Level 02

    WEEK 1 | Days 1-7

    The first 7 days of the challenge. Get your daily workout videos, as well as nutrition and mindset tasks, start creating healthy habits - in any season. - 7 Missions -

  • Level 03

    WEEK 2 | Days 8-14

    Week 2 consist of the same exercise combos as Week 1, focus on improving your posture and doing higher rep counts. It'll def challenge you more. - 7 Missions -

  • Level 04

    WEEK 3 | Days 15-21

    Look forward to increased effort with the higher reps. We do take into account how busy everyone is, and time invested is short but efficient, so keep calm and challenge on. - 7 Missions -

    COOL DOWN

    Challenge completed! After achiveing any goal the questions arises: What's next? Get inspired with our ideas so you can leverage on your current efforts and build on them for the long term. - 2 Missions -
